Please give a brief history. Why was MRI of brain performed? For what complaint ?The CT abdomen shows that the abdominal problems was investigated first. A meingioma is not a malignant tumour but a very slow growing one often discovered accidentally when investigating something else. If I am right then you should forget about the meningioma and concentrate on liver mass. Get that investigated by a liver specialist who may want to do a liver biopsy initially.
