Hello. my problem is that after a week or 10 days my right side of head and eye gets heavy / numb. it also gets fine itself without any medication. what can be reason?

need to assess,is there history of headache,visual loss,difficulty in speech ,problem in walking,weakness in hands or legs,problem in urine or bowel,any loss of conciousness?
need proper assessment and investigations... possibly migraine but need to see patient for final comment

What is the total duration of the headache attacks. How many months or years? How long does the headache last? If it gets better without medication why are you worried? Are there any accompanying symptoms like nausea or vomiting? What is the character of the headache? Is it throbbing or like a band.

I am having this issue since 1 year. its gets fine on its own like within a hour or 2 max and if not then it gets better within 30mins taking panadol. it's not pain. it's just my right part of head gets heavy
