Thanks in advance (Getting treatment on time just want your worthy opinion about his diet & his recent bone marrow report attached too)

Hi
Follow these general recommendations:
* Take recommended servings of fruits (2-4) and vegetables daily (3-5 servings)
* Stay hydrated
* Don't take processed sugary drinks and junk food.
* Take short and frequent meals so the sugar level doen't spike up.
* Take 1/4 tsp of turmeric daily in milk but it should be purely organic.
* Maintain ideal body weight.

Note: Do visit a dietitian for a proper plan and consultation session.

Cancer is a sugar feeder. Your brother needs to avoid all intake of refined sugars from bakery items, processed foods, even high sugar fruits like mangoes and bananas.
Increase the intake of vegetables both raw and cooked. They have a high phytonutrient content rich in antioxidants that kill cancer cells. Try to consume a variety of different colors of vegetables like spinach, carrots, bell peppers, tomatoes, turnips, aubergine since each color has different antioxidants like leutin, lycopene, zeaxanthin etc.
Also make sure the intake of protein is plentiful to help normal cells heal. Consume lots of
lentils (daal/lobia) to get sufficient plant based protein. Eggs are another good protein source.
For a more indepth counseling session book an appointment.
