Asking for Self, Male, 25 years old, Karachi

I am an overweight male, 25, from Karachi. I weight around 110 KG. Its been an year since I was diagnosed with High Blood Pressure but I am still unable to control my BP. I get stressed and angered easily. Please suggest me a good doctor or a solution. My BP readings on average are : 80-90 lower and 135-160 higher (usually 153,154)....

P.S. I am doing regular exercise and trying my best to loose weight.
