I have to lose weight within 4 to 5 months I am 78 kg and my height is 5'1 and I have to lose 33 kgs and I am suffering from chronic constipation since my childhood this is one of tge problems i cannot continue my weightloss journey

First off, we need to solve the problem at hand i.e. constipation. Take a flat teaspoon of desi ghee/ olive oil/ castor oil with a cup of Luke warm milk and walk daily for 15 minutes gradually increase duration of walk up to 45 minutes a day.
Losing that much weight in that short of a time frame is not healthy not sustainable. Losing weight and keeping it off requires making permanent dietary and lifestyle changes, and there is never a one size fits all solution. You also have to deal with any underlying psychological issues such as depression and anxiety simultaneously. Expect approximately 2.5kg (5 pounds) of weight loss per month.
