Bone marrow trephine biopsy is infiltrated by sheets of Blasts.

Opinion: Morphological Features are suggestive of Acute Myeloid Leukemia

Advise:

1. Immunohistochemistry on trephine biopsy section/

2 . Immunophenotyping on fresh bone marrow aspirate

3. Cytogenetic Studies
