Need to visit an oncologist with patient and all previous treatment/surgery plus additional investigation done if any.. So that an indivialised plan can be made for further treatment

Agreed with other expertise. You need to visit designated Oncologist in your vicinity with all record and reports. Your primary Oncologist will be in best position to guide you regarding some tests that might be appropriate in your case. In case you can be advised, that test costs around a million PKR that can answer your question.
