Surgery was done on 29th July 2024. BCS with auxiliary clearance biopsy show negative tumor margins with 4 positive nodes out of 15 and extra nodal extension Tumor Details: invasive ductal carcinoma ER +ve PR -ve her2 -ve CT Scan show no metastasis.

Anyhow, she will be needing proper treatment including chemotherapy, radiation therapy and then hormonat therapy. consult a nearby Oncologist and get treatment started as soon as possible

surgery was done on 30 July 2024, And then consulted oncologist from Noori Hospital. they have given date of 26 September for Sonography and then will start chemo. i want to ask is this time period okay as i heard that chemo should be started within 3-4 weeks after surgery
