Dear Patient/caregiver

Assalamualikum-wa-Rehmatullah-e-wa-Barakatuhu

Consideration of adjuvant (post-surgery) therapy depends on variable factors including type of surgery lumpectomy/mastectomy, axillary dissection/sentinel vs skipped axilla, ki67, grade, pre-surgery imaging status, cardiac status, patient preferences, willingness for further testing including recurrence score testing (in case you're interested in skipping chemo) etc. The consideration of radiotherapy and choice of chemotherapy & hormone therapy must be taken accordingly. Please consider to align your preferences/expectations with the nearest medical/clinical oncologist available to you. Allah ap k liyay aasani farmaye. Ameen.

Regards
