Assalam o alaikum, my khala is in 4th stage of breast cancer. Her doctor says that he cannot start chemotherapy as she has very low no. Of platelets. Almost every week she needs blood transfusion. In latest CBC platelets are 41000 and hb level is upto 11. I just want to ask is there any possibility to treat her?? Kindly answer my question. JazakAllah
chemotherapy ll be difficult but targeted therapies can be offered. Need to see the patient and also a few more investigations will be required.

What is the ER, PR, Her2 status? and needs bone marrow biopsy.

Cancer is not in bones ... i will send the bone marrow biopsy result . Also er pr result .. her-2 negative(1+) er and pr strong positive 90%of tumor cells

What about Hormone status? ER,PR,HER2? Hormone therapy & Targeted Therapy can bene given with Bisphosphonates for Bone Metastasis
