Breast Cyct Diagnose

Aslam o alaikum 
My mother she was ok Alhamdulillah in september every year she got phenomena and with some antibiotics iv inj  she become ok but this year she was having pain on her right breast and pain going through to the back side on shoulder and having pain in spine Doctor was saying there is no cyst in your breast dont worry because cyst was very old arround 50 years and does,nt give her problem anyday. Now she is continuosly ill fever and doctor says she got 4th stage and cancer is spreading on behalf of CT chest Abdomen. And suggesting for biopsy. I dnt know where must i go what to do.

Please get ultrasound guided trucut biopsy of breast mass and send for histopathology
Get ER, PR and Her2 receptors on histopathology specimen as well
Get Bone scan for complete staging work up
Treatment can be started as soon as a histopathology report is available.

Please seek a credible Oncologist Cancer specialist near you so that he can supervise and accelerate your workup based on reviwe of past record/labs/workup. Seems like stage 4 of breast cancer and the treatment depends on the type of breast cancer which is evaluated on the biopsy. Sequencing and prioritizing labs should be supervised by Oncologist. Only then, treatment decisions can be effectively made.
