There are blood spot on left breast. I done memoghram test now they ask for needle test. I want to ask that is there any reaction of needle test?

usually we recommend FNAC if there is skin nodule to confirm recurrence. go for this

Please get a simple CBC with differential, PT, aPTT and INR from your local laboratory. If the platelet count and coagulation tests are normal, then get your breast lesion biopsied.
These marks could be due to any internal bleeding.
Please discuss this with your treating physician and proceed accordingly.

There is no harm in doing skin biopsy if there are spots on overlying breast skin.you have not mentioned results of mammogram.If there is lump inside then core biopsy is to be done.
