Since 2 days, I had pain just on my back and I saw in the mirror a lump or bump which is since causing pain. It has no head just a small ball shape that is painful. What should I do?

Painful lumps at the back are usually non cancerous untill it involves nerve then it is having pain.Better ask some nearby physician to have a look first as most of the time it can be skin infection or abscess.
