please any oncologist can tell my mother's cancer is spreading ? and what this MRCP reports says as she is having liver issues and her oncologist refers her liver specialist he advised for ERCP but because of block bile duct that procedurewas not successful now they are recommending surgery to clear that liver blockage ...please i need second opinion my mother is not getting better ... and her jaundice is also because of cancer ... please we need help that what are the chances of survival ?
Her disease has spread , surgery is Not advisable. Please visit in person with patient to discuss favourable options.. if any.

with jaundice her oncologist is not doing any further chemotherapy as she was already on 2ndline chemotherapy

Thus single report is not enough. You should send all reports especially Biopsy and Chemotherapy which was given to her. Might be we can give you some good opinion.
