with generalised lymphadenopathy with hepatic and lung nodules it's likely lymphoma. need lymph node biopsy which one is accessible or hepatic lesion biopsy.
kindly upload all reports especially AFP, and Ca125
Adjoining to my opinion I would further advise for colonoscopy during the waiting period of biopsy report.Patient also needs to be seen for fever and narcotic analgesics by some good nearby physician

Definitely needs biopsy of the liver lesion as given opinion by other seniors. Later treatment would be decided on Histopathology report

Dear Dr. My elder sister, Mrs.Nasreen Akhtar was suffering from gastro (stomach) problems since long and she under treatment with area MBBS Doctors. Some days ago she was admitted in Services Hospital, Lahore. During operation Doctors wash the bally water and cut a piece of Pancreas and thereafter stitched. piece was sent for bio-opsis. after some day later, The SIM (Services Institute of Medical)informed that Mrs.Nasreen Akhtar is suffering from Cancer at 4th Stage. I tried rushed the cancer Hospital (Shaukat Khanam Cancer Hospital, Lahore as well as Anmol Cancer Hospital, Lahore but they refuse for treatment due to 4th stage and 60-years age (while age is approx.56 years old). Her legs are swelled. She has pain in his bally and she cannot run without helper due to swelling in both legs. Last three days Albumin drip 100ml was given to her. Sir, I do not want treatment of my sister I cannot leave her for waiting of her death. I am government servant and I have not resources to bring him abroad/Europe.I provide you all situation I can submit its test reports and treatment history.
