My mother had surgery on july for breast cancer stage 2....I just wanted to know just radiation is enough for her or chemo is also necessary but she has prediabetic and heart pateint too and she doesnt want chemo

Depending on type of breast cancer some woman have option of avoiding chemotherapy and some don't, especially if interested in making sure and doing everything possible so that cancer doesn't come back.

Few months ago i was diagnosed with oral cancer as head and Neck cancer.
I got biopsy test in ramadhan and confirmed cancer.
We applied for medical visa to india and there diagnosed with lungs metastasis through PET CT.
Doctor in india suggested chemo therapy with 1st cycle of docetaxel and carbuplatin and second with docetaxel cisplatin 5FU.
After these chemos we dis PET CT and it shows no improvement rather more spread in lungs.
Need your suggestion for improvement.
Regarding breast cancer, staging workup, histopathology report, receptor status should be available before deciding the treatment with or without chemotherapy.
Patient with oral cancer, disease progressed on chemotherapy, there are other options for treatment like TPF OR mTPF, targeted agents etc.
