I think the opinion should come from your Oncologist regarding the reason for decline of performance status. Do you want to say there is persistent vomiting? The reason for persistent vomiting depends on the type of primary and can also be deranged electrolytes, sepsis, brain Mets, hormonal imbalance, stage, renal functions, liver functions, psychiatric state, chemotherapy type and dose and multiple other factors. The supportive care should be offered by primary Oncologist or primary physician. If you are not satisfied by them kindly show to any good Physician with adequate knowledge.
