Unfortunately we don’t have complete history of patient what was the staging / management if any. Only written a female patient of ca colon with this MRI. MRI s are good to detect secondaries in spine. Which are absent in this case However for further confirmation Bone scan can be done. For thyroid enlargement first consult Endocrinologist

This MRI suggests some issue with bones,not clear if it is report you wanted comment I don't see any cancer in this report. you should see a medical oncologist as well as orthopedic doctor.
