80 yrs old female physically v weak n low will  say surgery is imp but patient have heart n lungs issue too .is it safe to done Surgery. Other pics r uploded in 2nd post

Patient will benefit from a stent in the transverse colon. Her obstruction can be relieved and she will not need any surgery. Kindly show her to a good gastroenterologist (probably at shifa international) for stenting across the tumor.

If there is obstruction due to growth, then can be evaluated for STENTING or if stenting is not possible then go for surgery after anesthesia fitness.
