Talk to Cancer Specialist / Oncologist on Epithelioid Sarcoma, Classic Subtype

My brother in law **Waqas Khan, 35 years old male** is suffering from **Epithelioid Sarcoma, Classic Subtype** in the right gluteal (buttock) region.

**Diagnosis:** Confirmed by histopathology with **INI-1 loss** on immunohistochemistry (January 2026)

**Treatments done so far:** - Cisplatin + Gemcitabine × 8 cycles — **No response** - Docetaxel × 5 cycles — **No response** - Cancer now spreading to underarm and right arm - Chest CT is clear (no lung spread)

Current Situation: - Large wound in the gluteal region with uncontrolled bleeding - Getting admitted to Mayo Hospital Lahore for wound management - Doctors have written supportive care on admission slip

We are desperately seeking: 1. Is any further chemotherapy possible? 2. Any other treatment options available?

Please any oncologist or sarcoma specialist guide us urgently.
