I have multiple fibroadenomas in both left and right breast. I want get a biopsy done just to make sure. Doctor recommended FNAC. I want to know is this a painful procedure? Do they numb the area before taking sample? And how much does this procedure cost?
You should get it done under ultrasound guidance by a radiologist. They numb the area and it is painful but only a little bit.
