Asking for Father, Male, 57 years old, Gujrat
My father has HCC diagnosed a year ago. We had 3 doses of Tecenriq and Avastin but couldn't continue because of raised ALT. Moreover it made him very weak. Then switched to Lenvima 12mg daily for almost 6 months. ALP kept rising. Tried Sorafenib for a month to see if AFP drops but it resulted in extreme fever(the doctor described it because of circulating cytokines). Switched back to Lenvima and today he's on Lenvima. Very weak compared to 1 year ago. ALP has reached 20000. Is there any other treatment option available?
You can try other TKI tablets either Cabozantinib or Regorafenib
