Talk to Cancer Specialist / Oncologist on Head And Neck Cancer

I want to know if with the ongoing immunotherapy for head and neck cancer treatment with the last stages , tumour progressing locally towards tissues and skin in the left region of neck. What can I expect in the upcoming time. When my oncologist has suggested to two more immunotherapy sessions , and if the wound gets dry then they will continue treatment otherwise they can't do a thing.
