I see you've been evaluated by PKLI. First you should proceed according to the experts, trailing around tgeir decision. If they donot/cannot accommodate you in PKLI then go to any oncologist, you feel comfortable with, so that it adds to the previous MDT decision of PKLI. Systemic therapy options are there but fitness, labs, stage, and performance status all matter. Depends on type and accordingly supportive care medications, palliative therapy should continue.
