no specific test is there to check presence or risk of cancer as every carcinoma has different screening tests which are costly. what you can do is
1. regular self breast examination.
2. keep an eye to any swelling lymph node, bumps in body.
3. any symptoms like prolonged fever, weight loss, pains, prolonged cough or any symptoms that is persistant.
4. any bruises, or chanfr in bowl habits.
5. period irregularities, unusual pain in lower abdomen.
6. jaundice
7. eye symptoms that are persistent.
