Dear Attendant, you should seek a good oncologist near you and religiously follow his instructions for staging workup for planning and choice of systemic therapy accordingly. Surgery was in start of November and you are getting late in your hunt of suitable oncologist. This is aggressive disease and should be meticulously planned. Please follow a cancer specialist.
