I want to know condition of my father by reports and what treatment Report is needed for further ?
As we have been told that he has lever cancer

Unfortunately, by looks of it, seems consistent with Hepatocellular Carcinoma. Patient fitness, financial & family support, LFTs, bleeding profile, understanding of concerned caregivers, performance status, severity of CLD/ degree of decompensation, all matter when deciding to treat such cases. You should prioritise Oncologist near you to have your father examined and assessed, and to understand where you stand and what options you can get in your favour, and later decide accordingly.
