I wouldn't call it Liver cancer. It is cancer spread to liver and nodes. Now, given the context of treated breast cancer, and some adnexal involvement, I would encourage you to have the biopsy from accessible site, keeping breast-ovarian in mind, being open to other workup including tumor markers.
