get bone scan done. there might be some bony metastasis. if yes then go for palliative rt to the spots with bisphosphonates cover. check out for effusion as well. if it's there get it drained

Now he used brexin as a pain killer hepatitis diagnosed in January and it almost cure but at a middle dr diagnosed liver cancer now he feel pain in ribs and pain killer isn’t working well
