Asking for Brother, Male, 19 years old, Karachi
Osteosarcoma Diagnosed before 2 years. Doctors suggested for chemotherapy. After chemotherapy femur implant done. Patient have completely fine but before 3 months cancer diagnosed in lungs. Please give me some advice because doctor's don't handle this case.
it's big mass with previous history of osteosarcoma first diagnosis is metastasis of bone cancer but after 2 year of complete remission dont ignore 2nd primary so better to go for lung mass biopsy
CT Scan revealed one big lesion and 3 other small lesion, suggestive of metastasis. Will need further chemotherapy after confirmation with biopsy.

Doctors told me that you don't need to take a biopsy test because it's confirmed cancer cells. Doctor said we can't apply chemotherapy because Patient body is too weak. Please tell me what can I do.
