Talk to Cancer Specialist / Oncologist on Mouth Cancer

Dear Dr, One of my cousin has mouth cancer and Dr. from CMH suggested operation but they are asking for 1.6M. My cousin doesn't afford this amount. We are looking for option to get checked from Shaukat Khanam but we are afraid if it's too late because cancer is at 2nd stage and Shaukat Khannum hospital forced to do their tests. I am looking for doc with whome we can consult online before going to sahukat Khanam and he should also server in Shaukat Khanam and take our case in Shaukat Khanam and help us though out the procedures.
