Left kidney has a tumor, and detect Neuroblastoma by biopsy that Bone Scan and Bone marrow test carried out which shows that Cancer cells are spread in all main body parts e.g head , neck, elbows, please suggest treatment.

Sir, They refused for Chemotherapy.They said it will painful for children and there is no benefits of chemo.

this might be due to current condition ( performance status of patient ) so If his treating physician thinks that chemo is not suitable at this condition then I second his/her decision/ opinion .
most of time its not hereditary.
