My brother has ascites we did omental biopsy it showed metastatic adinocarcinoma with signet cell feature, then colonscopy was done which was normal, egd was also normal, similarly CT scan showed subdiaphgratic Lymphedenophathy.. CEA was 70 and CA 19-9 was 6000 kindly suggest any treatment or any facility to treat him and protect his life.. Thanks your valuable suggestions will be highly acknowledge
