Asking for Mother, Female, 56 years old, Rawalpindi

Hii.. Below are Histopathology report of my mother after her (TAH with BSO surgery). Histopatholgy report suggested that , their was cancer cells confined to one of the removed ovaries ( stage 1A).

Later on, on doctors advice we did Abdomen and Pelvis CT scan (2 months after surgery, reoport attached).

PS: Excessive Fat was removed from belly during surgery that took around 45 days to recover fully.

Need expert opinion , if she is out of danger after surgery or not? Moreover, need suggestion on what treatment we should go with (Chemo or medication only)?

Surgery is done very timely. Now you need to visit your oncologist for further evaluation of her condition and plan of treatment. Must see oncologist

your histopathology report doesn't show Lymph nodes status as well as Peritoneal washings and biopies, Infracolic Omentum.
If complete staging has done and u get IA, go for surveillance otherwise incomplete surgical staging decreases survival rates
