Oral Cancer

Question

Few months ago i was diagnosed with oral cancer as head and Neck cancer.
I got biopsy test in ramadhan and confirmed cancer.
We applied for medical visa to india and there diagnosed with lungs metastasis through PET CT.
Doctor in india suggested chemo therapy with 1st cycle of docetaxel and carbuplatin and second with docetaxel cisplatin 5FU.
After these chemos we dis PET CT and it shows no improvement rather more spread in lungs.
Need your suggestion for improvement.
