Asking for Self, Female, 30 years old, Karachi
I was first diagnosed with pituitary microadenoma in 2021, then pituitary hyperplasia in 2022. In 2025, MRI shows recurrent microadenoma with apoplexy. I have a genetic history of migraines, diagnosed PCOS (2021), and recurrent headaches. Two days ago, I had a head injury causing swelling and bruising, followed by a sudden, severe headache unlike my usual migraines. I also experience occasional vision changes and dizziness, which seem to worsen with stress or hormonal changes. The doctors I have been to till now are not providing an accurate solution. I want to be cured as soon as possible. Please guide me on what I should do?
Can be discussed in neuro-oncology MDT. Where radiologist, endocrinologist, neurophysician, neurosurgeon and radiation oncologist should attend at least.
