Your father has Stage IV Prostate carcinoma with lung and bone metastasise. Treatment is 1000 mg Abiraterone with 5 mg Prednisolone twice daily.
Your doctor is right, he doesn't need radiation until he complains of any bone pains or urinary symptoms for which he will be needing palliative radiation.

Assalamualikum-wa-Rehmatullah-e-wa-Barakatuhu
please get your father physically assessed. your primary oncologist will timely advise to repeat imaging with bone scan and MR accordingly, if and when needed. Bisphosphonates should be strongly considered, and they are not mentioned. Relevance of blood tests also comes in accordance. Allah ap k liyay aasani farmaye. Ameen.
Best Regards
