Assalam u alykum. For patient pain you can give following medications. 1. Inj Kinz 10 mg + Inj Maxolon 10 mg IV every 8 hours/sos. 2. Cap Ruling 40 mg daily before breakfast. 3. Tab Levosulpride 50mg before meal twice daily 4. Tab Pregabalin 50 mg twice daily. 5. Tab Alp 0.5 mg sublingual state then one Tab before sleep 6. Tab Neurobion once daily. Consult your treating Oncologist for urgent investigations and further Management. Thanks
