I feel do Either CT head & neck chest with contrast or PET/ CT to see extend of disease. If localised better consult plastic surgeon with eye surgeon for removal of tumour.Further treatment will depend on surgical staging after operation.

Its breast carcinoma with metastasis .Get Ct which i already mentioned and bone scan .Consult cancer specialist.Get ER ,PR ,Her 2 neu on biopsy specimen.thanks

Left eye skin lesion is likely spread of cancer from breast. Please follow advice of Dr Faiza in terms of investigations I.e CT scan and need biopsy of breast lesion with further tests on biopsy ER, PR status, Her 2 neu status. Agree need to see a cancer specialist to start treatment for breast cancer after above work up is done. May Allah give shifa to her. Ameen

Procedure for biopsy of right side was done and given at main agha khan. Didn't find anything on left in ultrasound so doctors didn't take sample from left. Now this report said that they didn't find any carcinoma tissues in sample so they cannot perform ER PR tests. Any suggestion Respected Doctors?
