Side Effect After Breast Cancer Chemo

Hi Doctors,

Meri mother ko breast cancer hua tha last year. Toi doctors ny operate k bad chemo refer ki jis k 6 sessions hoye. Chemo k bad Femara (letrazole) ly rahi hain daily.

Chemo k bad se hi unko problems hain stomach weak hogya ha. Roti tou tb se khai hi nahi just dalia khati hain aur muu ma hr time saliva laiss type rehti hai. Dil kharab hota ha jaisy vomiting ho.

Please guide ma kia kru

after effects of chemo is no doubt
but it is relieved by some changes
start
cap.nexum 40mg 1+1
tab.ITP 50 mg 1+1
citrosoda sachet 1 daily
inc fluid intake
take a sweet in a day
don't worry it ll take time...but easily recovered with patience

add gut care sachet
add fiber like fruit,isbaghool
water
once there is diahrea then ask
