Asking for Wife, Male, 33 years old, Sialkot
Dear Respected Doctors, 5 years back my wife has small painless emboss on her right thigh and gradually it increased in 5 years we went to doctor who is tumor related he checked and said its nothing and we can remove but after removing he sent tumor to Shokat Khanim and found it was Skin Cancer so he checked with other doctors and after checking with other doctors he said she need another quick surgery to clean and all would be fine please i need your valuable advise and i would be heartily grateful please if you can tell me what should i do to clean her from this. Thank you so much ( Almighty Allah is more powerful and Merciful )
I think re-excision is the appropriate management as the disease is 1 mm near closest margin and need to have clear margins. Further later can see what to do later.
She definitely needs a re-excision as the margins are with in 1 mm of the tumor and that too in experienced hands. She might be a candidate for local radiotherapy with electrons after definitive surgery.

Thank you so much Dear Abbasi so should we go for Mohs surgery to clear this permanently or after surgery in follow up we will know need radiotherapy to clean it forever again thank you so much for your precious advise

From where you belong?? I can better tell you if I examin the patient either he needs surgery or radiation therapy

ok sure i will i m looking for hospital but i dont know where to go what is best hospital and so because i m abroad and dont have too much knowledge about these things and my wife is housewife.

This is not very dangerous type of cancer which spreads. But she surely needs another surgery and then Radiation.
Need to be ae n by an oncologist nearby.

You do need surgery, preferably by a trained cancer Surgeon. Also see a medical oncologist afterwards for staging of cancer. Also ,medical oncologist may refer you to a radiation center.

Re excision with clear margin is important, and then may need radiation depending on final report.
