Please visit Oncologist near you and seek out treatment options appropriate for your loved one. Even in heart failure, we can continue treatment but your heart medications should be optimized and cardiotoxicity is monitored. Cardiotoxic therapies are avoided. Such patients are encountered in clinics usually and a good Onco-cardiologist supervising can help a lot. Allah aasani farmaye. Ameen. By the sounds of it, staging workuo seems incomplete. Grade is not stage.
