Female age 53 diabetic and bp patient suffer from fever and yellowish eyes the bilirubin was 180 soo we consult from MASH and the advise us for ERCP with metal stunt after ERCP dr advise for cancer test biopsy all report were negative .. now the Dr said its compulsory too do operation that called vipple surgery ... in which gall bladder pancreas and stomach portion will be removed ... after 4 months of ERCP NOW the patient is suffering from fever .... now please advise .. what we have too doo .soo much worried ... operation cost is on lacs and also 16 hours operation ..
