Talk to Cancer Specialist / Oncologist on Yolk Sac Ovarian Tumor

AoA. My mother has been diagnosed with yolk sac ovarian tumor. CA125=325, AFP=1100,with pleural effusion and size was about 14*12*8. Dctrs said jts 4th stage. After 3 cycles of BEP chemo at NORI AFP=55 and tumor size has been decreased. But after every cycle of chemo she developed severe pancytopenia. She is also having a acute problem of eating and digesting food. Running on fresh juices and yakhni same happened after 4th cycle though doctors removed Bleomycin in this cycle but same happened with Wbc=0.4 & platelets=6000. She didn’t had bleeding. we are having transfusion now.

What you doctors suggest now. Need it.
