Asking For Someone else, Mother, Female, 63 Years old, Islamabad
Hello respected doctors. My mother in law has cancer it was diagnosed in august 2021.. doctor suggested surgery and chemotherapy but my mother in law didn’t want to go for chemotherapy so she is taking some herbal treatment From last 1 or 2 months.. but we aren’t satisfied with the treatment so we went for another CT scan yesterday to check the progress. I am attaching reports of both CT scan that she had. I want to know the situation has it increased or reduced? And if it has increased what are the options left now.
The disease has massive progression. Same old option CHEMOTHERAPY to control the disease only. Go to your oncologist
Unfortunately stage IV disease. Needs biopsy for further management. Please consult nearby oncologist.She might require only supportive treatment. But patient herself and family are somewhat responsible for this condition due to lack of treatment till now.
your mother in law surely have progressive disease. with interval increase in every expect. highly recommend to start chemo so that she can have some better quality of life in future. with this extensive disease. no benefit of any sort of surgery.

very simple this is stage IV endometrial cancer with progressive disease. only option is palliative chemotherapy that's not no other treatment option
unfortunately its stage 4 disease. Though not curable but can be controlled to some extent with chemotherapy. But patient should be seen by oncologist to assess whether she can tolarate chemotherapy or not. Plz remember no cancer can be cured by herbal or homeopathic medications and patients always end up with advanced disease.
