Hello.. Sir i got avn in right hip joint then 6 month later in left hip joint.. After 1 year in left shoulder and right wrist... Dr operated coredecompression but pain is still.. How can we stop avn spreading.. Please tell me.
Short answer: You can't. Unless there is a specific predisposing cause like steroid use etc. Any orthopod would be reluctant to comment further without seeing you.
you need detailed examination and investigations then treatment accordingly

Its all due to head injury and steriods... But my question is that can drs treat or not.. Solution is possible or i have to live with this avn.. That is spreading... Can we treat it with blood purification

Depending on the stage of AVN the treatment is different. If you were given steroids for short period and not taking it anymore then AVN, if diagnosed early may be treated by a relatively small surgery. If AVN is already advanced then joint replacement is a very good solution. One need not to live with pain.
Mostly, the damaged joint is replaced. There is no benefit in blood replacement, not yet.

Thats repairing not solution.. Why we cant blood circulation change.. Main issue in blood.. We can treat blood and its circulation

Sir 2 years before i got acciedent and in comma for 7 days.. In this time period they feed me steriods.. Due to head. Injury
