XRay spine looks that you have significant muscle spasm. Better to see any orthopedic or Spinal Surgeon near you for proper assessment and than management.
Meanwhile you can start following medicine
Diclofenac sodium 50 mg
one tablet twice daily after food
Omeprazole 20mg
one tablet at night if you feel heartburn or pain in stomach
Nuberol forte
one tablet twice daily if pain is more severe.
Try using lumbar belt, but remove it while eating food
