i am facing severe pain in my back bone which starts from lower back bone and target the whole back side,i play badminton and doc told me its because of pulled muscles.i am taking medicines for 2 months(it just work as pain killer) but not getting complete rid of this pain.

two months is very long time to wait. internationally recommended wait for muscle spasm is six weeks.
if no improvement after six weeks, you should get full investigations and make sure nothing serious.
also adhere to back pain care protocols during this rest period.
