Talk to Orthopedic Surgeon on Back Pain And Medical Rest
Asking for Self, Male, 27 years old, Rawalpindi
How to ask or convince a doctor to advise bed rest of approximately 1 month? I have back pain and it feels really painful to drive a vehicle and sit and work comfortably in the office. For the past few months I have had to drive approximately 50-55km a day on rough roads. As X-ray report says straightening of curvature of lumbar spine is noted. I want sincere suggestions.
