Back Pain Due To Work

Question

Yesterday, I was cleaning my house, wiped entire floor, after that i felt back pain. In the night it was there is upper and lower back pain on my right area. Also When i move my right hand i feel the pain. I applied wintogeno balm over the painful area but still there is pain? Any painkiller?

You just need little massage and hot water bottle or towel compresses and good amount of water intake and 2 tablets of panadol every 6 hours for just one day. Afterwards keep doing all type of home cleaning on regular bases and make a habit to have a good amount of seasonal fruit everyday and walk for 30 minutes everyday. Also if you are not exposed to sunlight and have no liver and kidney issues then do take vitamin D half injection by mouth every month for four months.
Do check it with blood test at least once a year.
